- Make a smooth paste out of tomato, garlic, 2 green chillies and salt.
- Now mix the corn flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl and knead a dough using the paste. You wont need water. Now cover and Keep aside for 15 mins.
- Now, add some butter to another pan and add maida to it. Roast for a bit, add milk such that no lumps are formed and then add cheese. Let everything incorporate properly. Divide into two add black pepper to one and chilli sauce to another.
- Also, in another pan add oil to this add the onions and capsicum just sir fry with some salt.
- Now, roll thin sheets of the dough using a lil bit of dry flour and fork it thoroughly. Then cut into triangles.
- In a pan heat some oil. Keep the flame at medium and fry these triangles. And keep aside.
- Spread the nachos on plate and add the cheese sauce you made and top it of with veggies. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes.Enjoy !
