The ingredients needed to make Coleslaw:

  1. Get 2 cups, cabbage(chopped) (patta gobhi) (1 small)
  2. Prepare 2 ,carrots (grater)
  3. Get 2 ,green apples (grater) (optional)
  4. Prepare 180 ml, fresh cream
  5. Get 1/2 cup, Yoghurt
  6. Get 1/2 cup, mayo
  7. Take Salt, as taste
  8. Take 1/2 tesp, Black paper (or as taste)
  9. Take 4 tbsp, honey

Instructions to make Coleslaw:

  1. Take a bowl, add cream
  2. Yogurt, mayo and mix it well.
  3. Now add salt, black pepper and 3 tbsp honey in it.
  4. And mix throughly.
  5. Then add grated carrots, cabbage and green apples.
  6. Add 1tbsp honey and mix gently.
  7. Coleslaw is ready. Chill and enjoy.
