The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Get 1 Cup : Garbanzo beans
  2. Make ready 4-5 cloves : Garlic
  3. Make ready 1 tsp : salt

  6. Prepare 2 tbsp : Lemon Juice

  2. In a grinder add garlic, salt, tahini and chickpeas and blend on high speed.
  3. Add lemon juice and water to make thick consistency.
  4. Add olive oil to make it smooth paste. And it’s done..!
