- In a medium size bowl, combine together salad vegetables, add vinegar, oil, lemon juice and gently fold together.
- Once the sausages are cooked, remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Add sausages to salad bowl and gently toss together until well combined.
- Serve as a side dish or by self.
