- Assemble all the Ingredients. Heat oil in a sufuria and cook the onions and garlic then add in tomatoes and let them cook. (Please excuse my sufuria I had just used to fry some sweet potatoes)
- Add in salt and green bell pepper and mix in the kales for 2 minutes
- In an oiled casserole dish, add in the cooked mixture and stir in the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle corriander then the cheese on the mixture and bake in an oven at 160°C.
- Bake until the sides are browned mine baked for 35 min. Once baked serve as a snack and you can have with your favorite sauce.
