The ingredients needed to make Paella:

  1. Prepare 150 g chorizo
  2. Make ready 6 chicken thighs (boned & skinless)
  3. Get 200 g raw king prawns
  4. Make ready 1 whole red onion
  5. Make ready 1 large garlic clove
  6. Prepare 250 g paella rice
  7. Take 1 ltr chicken stock
  8. Make ready 1 cup frozen peas
  9. Take 1 heaped tsp of turmeric

  13. Get Red peppers

Steps to make Paella:

  1. Chop chorizo, onion, garlic, chilli and chicken and add to large frying pan. Lightly fry
  2. Add prawns, turmeric, paprika and peppers. Stir for a couple minutes
  3. Mix in the rice and peas
  4. Pour in chicken stock and cover for 20 mins. No need to stir
  5. After 20 mins remove lid and simmer for a couple of mins to make sure the liquid has all condensed Paella
