- Mix the blended mixture with the mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs and some roasted gram flour, dried mango powder, green chilies and salt to it.
- Now add the breadcrumbs to the potatoes and kale paste.
- Make ball of the mixture and flatten them to shallow fry till cooked golden on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
