  1. Get 1 cup maida
  2. Get 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. Take 1/4 cup ghee
  4. Prepare Pinch salt

  1. In a bowl take maida add powder sugar mix well. Add ghee and mix well to make a crumbly texture. Add some sesame seeds. Now knead it with help of chilled water and make a semi soft dough.(it’s needed around 1/4 cup water.)cover it and leave it for 10-15 minutes for rest.
  2. After 15 minutes knead again the dough for two three times and take some portion of dough and make medium size balls. Roll these balls and cut heart shape with the help of heart shape cookie cutter,likewise cut all the hearts.and sprinkle sesame seeds on them.
  3. In a kadhai heat the oil and turn the flame slow.deep fry all the hearts on low flame.fry till comes golden colour.transfer into paper napkin. Let Cool them and enjoy with tea.
