- Prepare 3 tbsp sesame oil
- Make ready 3 tbsp peanut oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and mix well. Cover and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Make the sauce by adding corn flour, water, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar, oyster sauce mix well and keep a side.
- In a pan heat peanut oil, sesame oil and add garlic, onions and cook till gets soft on high flame.
- Then add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken cooks completely and the oil comes on the surface.
- Heat oil in a pan and toss the vegetables on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Then add the noodles mix it with vegetables, make a well in the middle and add the sauce, bring the flame on high and mix it so that the sauce is mixed well with the noodles.
- Then add the cooked chicken and mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onions, sesame seeds and serve hot.
