- Marinate chicken with all the spices, ginger garlic paste and yoghurt for at least fifteen minutes
- Meanwhile heat half cup of oil and fry onions for few minutes until golden
- Add chicken and fry few minutes until white
- Then add chopped tomatoes and tomato purée
- Then again fry till the oil starts coming on the corners of your pan
- Add siracha sauce, white vinegar and let it cook on low heat until the chicken is done and the tomatoes are cooked.
- In the end add kasuri methi and green chillies.
- Cover and cook on low heat.
