- Boil the egg, slice the carrot and spring onion. Set it aside.
- While resting the dough, prepare the chicken. Slice the chicken breast into two (butterfly).

- Boil the chicken stock and water, season with salt. Keep it aside.
- Heat a pan with 200 ml oil. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown. Keep it aside.
- Prepare a pot of water and boil it. Place the noodle and cook it for 4-6minutes until noodles are cooked well.
- Strain the noodle. Add dash of sesame oil.
- Assembly the noodle soup in a bowl as your wish.
