- Add diced onion, carrot and garlic, fry untill soft and bit brown
- Add tomato paste, picked pepper dews and mild rajah spice, continue staring
- Then add diced boney beef stew mix
- Add 3 cups of water, salt, beef stock and bay leaves
- Let it simmer for 30 -40 mins untill soft and water reduced
- Continue staring, then add chopped cabbage and mix well. Let it soften a bit
- Then add minestrone soup, follow the package for instructions.
- Let it simmer for 10-15 mins
- Serve with pap, or dumpling.
