- In a cooker,add amla put 1 cup of water add 1tsp of turmeric powder and salt.Cook for 3 whistles.
- Once cooked,remove the seeds of the Amla and crush them with back of the spoon.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, pepper powder,coriander powder, garam masala,salt and sugar and keep it ready.
- In a pan,add oil,mustard seeds,jeera,red chillies and curry leaves,after that add Amla mixture with little water.Cook until the mixture thickens.It stays good for one week in refrigerator.
