  1. Boil 1 cup water and add red jelly in it. Cook it and pour it in mould and leave it to the room temperature.
  2. Make yellow and green jelly with the same process. When it becomes set cut it in the cubes and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add condensed milk, evaporated or thick milk and cream and whisk it well.
  4. Now in a cup add 1/2 cup hot water and 3 tsp gelatin powder and mix it well.
  5. Now add this gelatin mixture in milk and cream mixture and again whisk it well.
  6. Now in a dish or dessert glass add a layer of jelly now add milk and cream mixture.
  7. Repeat the same process again with layering.
  8. Freeze it for 6- 8 hours. Jelly ka meetha is ready.
