- Take a pan. Add oil.heat it well.
- Then add gooseberry. Saute it for one mnt.
- Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well.
- Saute it for one mnt. Switch off the gas.
- Let it cool down and add mango pickle masala and mix it well.
- Store in a glass jar
