- Prepare 1 cup Maida (all-purpose flour)
- Take 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Prepare 1/2 cup condensed milk

- Prepare 3/4 tsp Baking powder

- Sieve two times Maida, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
- In a mixing bowl add sugar and melted butter. Beat it.Till it becomes light and fluffy. Now add condensed milk again beat very well and mix.
- Add vanilla essence.Gradually add maida mixture in it and mix gently add half milk,stir it.Add remaining maida and milk (as per requirement to maintain the consistency of cake batter) and mix well. Don’t over mix.
- Grease a cake tin and lightly dust it with flour.
- Pour the batter into greased cake tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check the cake with toothpick. Remove from the oven.
- Let it cool for 2 hrs. Then cut into pieces.
- You can make this cake in cooker very easily. It will take 50-55 minutes time to bake.
