- Put your eggs,sugar and oil in a blender and blend for 2 minutes
- Mix your dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Pour your egg mixture into a bowl and add your dry ingredients bit by bit while folding it until it’s all done
- Add your vanilla and milk and fold into a smooth mixture
- Pour your mixture into the baking tin and put it in your big sufuria and cover with the pan
- Remove the charcoal from the jiko and put it on top of the pan (remain some few pieces of charcoal in the jiko). Put the sufuria back on top of the jiko
- Remove your cake and let it cool before removing it from the baking tin
- Enjoy with a drink of your choice
