- First of all cut all the veggies.and boil chana dal in water keep it aside for 10 min.
- Now take a kadai and add oil and jeera..now add chana dal to it.. saute it for 3-4 minutes and then potatoes to it..fry it for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder following cabbage and tomato.mix it well.
- Now add salt to it and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add coriander powder and Red chilli powder.. mix it well.
- Cook it til cabbage and potato gets fully soft.now add kasuri methi and coriander..then switch off the flame and cover the lid for 1 min.
- Your cabbage veggie is ready to serve..have it with parathas.
