4. Heat the pan on medium-low heat. Once hot add spoonful of butter and let it melt.
5. Cook on medium low heat till bottom part gets crispy. Press it very gently using spatula. It will take about 4-5 minutes.
6. Cook other side as well till it gets crispy and lightly browned.
7. Once cooked, remove it to a plate, slice it into triangles and garnish with grated cheese serve warm.
