  1. Boil meat, stockfish kpomo and dry fish till cooked, wash and cut ugu leaves and waterleaf.
  2. In the stock(meat, stockfish,dry fish,kpomo) add palm oil,allow to boil then include waterleaf in the meat stock and add crayfish, pepper, Maggi and a little salt to the stock.
  3. When it boils a little, then you check for taste then add ugu leaf and allow to simmer for few minutes then you check for taste again and bring down.
  4. Serve with fufu, poundo or any other swallow.
