- Blanch the spinch in boiling water for 30se. Then immediately take out and place into ice cold water so green colo of leaf could maintained
- Take a mixer grinder add blanched spinch and green chillies, ginger and make a fine paste. Keep it aside

- Add garam masala mix well, add salt, switch off the flame and add lime juice. Mix well, keep the stuffing for cooling
- Divide it and make balls. - - Make big disc (Roti) of each dough ball with rolling pin. Dust some dry wheat flour while rolling
- Run knife through it to make strips.
- Take one colour strip and fold alternate strip backwards till end. - Place green colour middle stripe on that and unfold all again. - Now fold other order - Repeat process till the end.
- Now, place green stuffing one side of paratha
- Apply water on egdes and fold it and seal it with hand.
- Place this paratha on hot tava, apply some ghee, and roasted on both side on low flame.
