  1. Prepare 2 cups basmati rice
  2. Get 1/4 cup green peas
  3. Take 1/4 cup sweet corn
  4. Take 2 tbsp cashew nuts

  7. Get 2-3 cloves
  8. Take 1 stick cinnamon

Instructions to make Pulao:

  1. Wash and drain the rice and soak for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Now heat a pressure cooker add ghee and fry the cashew nuts and keep aside.
  3. Now in that ghee add bay leaves, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, dried red chilli, and green chilli.
  4. Now add sweet corn and green peas and saute, add salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Now add soaked rice and mix well.
  6. Add water and fried cashew nuts and mix well, cover the lid and cook for two whistle and off the flame.
  7. Remove the lid and Serve hot.
