- Prepare 2 cups basmati rice

- Wash and drain the rice and soak for 30 minutes before cooking.

- Now in that ghee add bay leaves, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, dried red chilli, and green chilli.
- Now add sweet corn and green peas and saute, add salt and turmeric powder.
- Now add soaked rice and mix well.
- Add water and fried cashew nuts and mix well, cover the lid and cook for two whistle and off the flame.
- Remove the lid and Serve hot.
