  4. in bowl, pour both jiffy boxes
  5. add creamed corn to bowl
  6. strain water from canned corn, then add corn to bowl
  7. mix well till dry mix is wet, then add melted butter and green peppers to bowl mix
  8. put bowl ingredients in 13x9 baking pan
  9. once flattened evenly, add sour cream to the top layer
  10. spread cheese over sour cream. (I use whole bag)
  11. place in oven for 40 minutes
