  3. In small bowl mix together cream cheese, 1 1/2 C. shredded cheese, green onions, onion powder and . Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Fill halved jalapenos with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes.
  5. Place in oven and roast for 15-20 min. Or until cheese gets browned and bubbly. Enjoy!
