- Heat Pan.roll paratha, first roll sound apply oil then fold like fan.and roll again
- Cook paratha on medium heat. Now heat pan add some oil pour egg mixture
- Put paratha on egg mixture,cook for couple of minutes.then take out from flame, again put egg mixture on pan put paratha from on it and cook for couple of minutes.it’s done
- It can be serve with any curry or sauce or green chutney. very healthy and tasty.can give energy for rest of the day.
