- Make ready 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Take 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk

- Make ready 3 Cups Sugar
Instructions to make Flan:
- Med-High heat 3 Cups of sugar til caramelized. Pour in pan and swirl along sides. I used 10x 3 pan. (But it can be made in 2 height pan)
- Mix the rest of the ingredients. (Condensed, evap, milk, eggs, vanilla)
- Bake 1 hour at 320°
- Remove from bath, cool down, place in fridge overnight. Following day Flip on to a platter and serve. Voila
