- Mix Cheese and flour in a separate bowl.
- Mix Eggs, Half & Half, Salt, Pepper, 1 1/2 cups of Floured Cheese and in a bowl.
- Spray Pie Pan with oil. Pour in Mixture.
- Bake @ 350 for 40min.
- Take out and sprinkle the 1/2 Cup of Cheese and on top of the Quiche and put back into the oven for another 5min. Stick a toothpick inside and if it comes out clean it’s ready! Set aside for a few minutes to cool down!
