  2. Add half of dry spices to chopped banana. Add 1 tsp ghee to it. Marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Add 1 tsp oil to pan. Roast onion garlic paste until all rawness is gone.
  5. Add tomato puree and roast again till cooked properly. Add half cup water to it, cover and cook. Crush kasuri methi in hands and add to roasted gravy.
  6. Add banana tikka to the gravy.
