- Soaked chickpeasgreen lentil in a water overnight.Ensure the watr level is well above the chickpeas level.
- Boil chickpeas and green lentil in watr until soft. Cook the chickpeas and green lentil and drain off the water keep it aside for 15 min.
- Take a Large bowl put on the boiled chickpeas and green lentil and boiled chicken.Add finely cucumber chunks& Tomato and iceberg lettuce to the bowl.
- Add dressing olive oil,lemon juice,vinegar,Thousand island sauce,black pepper,salt,garnish with mint leaf
- Toss the salad well and serve as a morning or evening snack.
