  1. Boil water with 2 pinches of salt in a sufuria.
  2. Peel onions, wash them together with tomatoes. Dice them into big pieces.
  3. Once the water has boiled, slowly add your maize flour and kneed into a solid in medium heat. Reduce the heat and leave the ugali to bake slowly.
  4. Break two eggs in a cup. Add some salt and black pepper. Put a little of the chopped tomatoes.
