- Add chopped carrot, capsicum and sweetcorn. Stir for two minutes. Add salt, pepper and mixed herbs and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup leftover pasta water. Then add the cooked pasta. Mix everything well and cook over low flame. Turn the flame off.
- Then add mayonnaise. Mix well. Sprinkle chilli flakes and serve hot.
