- GOLDEN PANEER BALLS: Grate the paneer and potato. add chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. mix and form a dough.
- Make small lemon size balls out of paneer dough.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.
- BOLOGNESE SAUCE: Slit tomatoes from the bottom and boil in water for 2 minutes. peel the tomatoes. chop half of the tomatoes and puree rest half of the tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onions, saute till translucent.
- Add the tomato puree and chopped tomatoes. cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and chilli flakes. mix well. add little water if required to adjust the consistency.
- SPAGHETTI: Boil spaghetti in salted water for given time. rinse under cold water.
- PLATING: Make a bed of spaghetti over a plate. spread bolognese sauce over it and place golden paneer balls on top.
