- Put 2 cups of flour in a large ziplock bag, add seasoned wings to the ziplock bag of flour. Shake until all wings are completely coated with flour
- Drop flour coated wings in hot oil evenly. Make sure the pan is full of wings, otherwise your oil will burn before the wings are done.
- Turn them over after 10 minutes.cook another 10 minutes, & turn over again. Continue ta turn wings over every 10 minutes until dark golden brown. Usually about 30 minutes . Depending on how big the wings are.
- When done, drain on paper towel
- Serve with celery stalks, hot sauce, blue cheese, or ranch dressing
