  2. Since I couldn’t access store bought canned tomatoes, I bought regular tomatoes and boiled them. After boiling, peel of the skin and slice
  3. Slice the garlic and onions
  4. Fry the diced garlic and onions in melted butter. You can use olive oil instead
  5. Add the minced meat, add a little seasoning to the meat and keep stirring until the meat turns brown. Remember to keep staring to keep the minced meat separated
  6. Add the diced peppers
  7. Add the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste
  8. Stir together, add the just about three tablespoons, bay leaf. Cover up, reduce heat and let cook for about thirty minutes
  9. Add 3/4 of the cheese at this point if you like, cover up for another five minutes and then serve.
  10. I served with boiled spaghetti. I didn’t have a grater so I just cut the remainder of the cheese on top. Bon appetit
