- Combine the dry and wet ingredients, add the egg and knead the dough for about 10min by hand or with the help of a stand mixer. Prevent adding too much flour, the dough is meant to be sticky. When your dough is kneaded it should no longer be sticky. - Rest the dough in a greased bowl for 15min.To make the filling, combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
- Roll out the dough to a quarter of an inch thick. Spread on your filling. Roll it out and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place them into a square baking tin, cover it with foil and let it proof for 45min uncovered and bake for 20 min at 180°C.
