  1. Prepare 1 cup Makkai ka atta
  2. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric

  1. Firstly, preheat oven 180*c
  2. In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup maize flour and ½ cup wheat flour.
  3. Also add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil.
  4. Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
  5. Now add ½ cup water and start to knead the dough.
  6. Knead to stiff and smooth dough adding water as required.
  7. Pinch a ball sized dough, and dust with wheat flour.roll slightly thick.
  8. Prick the roll with a fork, preventing from puffing up while frying.
  9. Trim the side and cut into triangle and any other shape.brush some oil in triangle shape
  10. And baked 25 minutes.now baked it in nachos chips
  11. We can store it for a month in an airtight container.
