- Chanashould be soaked overnight for 8 hrs,drain the water and add the channa,onion,pepper,cumin,pepper,chilli,coriander,salt and 2 tsp of rice powder in mixer or food processor,the mixture should resemble coarse sand,shape the mixture in to ball and deep fry it.Don’t add water,grind it all together.
- You can refrigerate the mixture for one or half and hour,if your mixture gets looser.
- You can serve it with mayonnaise with garnished mint leaf,or also peri peri sauce….
