- Take 1/2 cup chedder cheese

Steps to make Cheesy Pasta:
- Boil pasta according to packet instrutions. I have use shell pasta, you can use any shape.
- Melt butter in pan. Saute one chop garlic clove. Chop white part of spring onion & fry to pink. Add soya sauce & seasonings.
- Add mozarella in pan at low flame. It vl start melting then add boiled pasta in cheese. & fold gently all pasta in cheese. Add milk little by little so as to help mixing pasta in melted cheese
- When pasta & cheese are blended completely. Turn off heat. Dishout. Garnish with chop greens of spring onion. Top up with shredded mozarella cheese for extra cheesy flavour.
