  1. Beat eggs and sugar together until it gets creamy smooth and fluffy mixture
  2. Seive all dry ingredients and then fold it to eggs mixture
  3. Pre heat oven at 200° C
  4. Line the mould with butter paper and grease it with butter completely.
  5. Pour the mixture of cake in mould and tap it twice then put it in oven for 45 mins
  6. After 45 mins check the cake with toothpick or skewer if the skewer is clean cake is ready
  7. Now cool it completely it’s batter to bake the sponge one day before because it’s batter for the frosting that didn’t get melt and give a nice look to cake
  8. For frosting beat butter for 2 minutes now add icing sugar and cocoa powder and beat again until it gets fluffy and then put it in freezer for 10_15 minutes
  9. Now cut the cake into two half and soak the cake with simple sugar syrup which is made of only water and sugar
  10. Apply frosting on the centre layer and put the upper layer of cake and apply frosting on it and smooth it with knife
  11. Decorate it as you want it with pearls or sprinkles
  12. Cake is ready Now put it in refrigerator till cutting
