- Whilst you are cutting your veggies, royco and other spices/ herbs of your choice. add them to your ready tripe, cover and allow to boil once again for 30minutes or more.
- Serve with mashed matooke(like I did), posho (ugali), or whichever accompaniment you prefer π.
