  1. For potatoes masala: boil potatoes and mash them and set aside. Grind ginger,garlic and green chilli and make a paste
  2. In a pan ads 2 tbsp of oil add zeera and cook for 1 minute ok low flame. Add the ginger garlic and chilli paste and cook till it combines.
  3. On low flame add haldi,zeera powder, red chilli powder and salt or is ko bhoon lain.
  4. After that add mashed potatoes and combine it very well. At the end add garam masala and coriander mix and set aside.
  5. After it cools down make small kababs.
  6. For baisan mixture: in a bowl add baisan, rice flour, salt,haldi,red chilli powder, ajwain,baking soda and mix. Add water little by little and whisk it until it becomes semi thick.
  7. In a big pan add oil for frying. Get your potatoes kababs and coat it in baisan mixture and fry it on medium flames until it get golden brown.
