- Heat ghee in cooker.add garlic saute for few seconds.add onions n cook for 1 min.now add carrots and tomatoes.cook for 2-3 min on medium flame.now add salt and pepper.mix well
- Add washed daal or lentil.cook on low flame for 1 min.now add 4 glass water.close the lid.and cook for 3 whistles.now open the lid.let it be cool.take a mixer jar.and blend it
- Transfer in a bowl.add 1 tsp butter(optional).garnish with chilli flakes and fresh coriander leaves.serve hot..enjoy
