- Wash the jackfruit and cut it into small piece.. pressure cooker it upto 2 whistle
- Now clean it and roughly mash it with ur fingers..and sqeeze extra water..
- In a kadahi put oil, then add cumin seed.. let it sputter.. then add green chilli and cook for 5 second..
- Then add all dry spices except garam masala and let the masala cook for a minute
- Then add jackfruit and mix it in masala and cook for another 5 minute on a medium high flame with continuous stirr..
- Finally add garam masala and mix it well..
- Garnish with generous sprinkle of green coriander…
