- Make ready 1 tbsp Kitchen king masala or garam masala

- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions to make Jackfruit curry(kathal):
- Chopped the kathal and potato in thick size
- Heat the oil add 2 tbsp oil then add kathal then shallow fry the kathal until the light golden brown colour
- After that chopped onion,tomato and peel the garlic and ginger
- Fry the tomato, onion and ginger and garlic in kadai for 2-3 min in medium flame
- Then grind it in mixer and make paste of it
- In same pan add oil then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed
- After that add paste
- Then saute for 1 min then add red chilli powder, turmeric and kitchen king masala
- Then saute for another 2-3 min then add fried kathal and salt to taste
- Then add 2 cup water cook for 5-6 min
- Gravy thickness depends upon you how much you want thick gravy
- Then khathal gravy is ready to serve
- You can garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Enjoy with chapati and plain rice
