- Wash your meat and fresh fish thoroughly with salt. Season with onion, salt, knorr cubes and place on fire. Cook for about 10mins then remove your fish to prevent it from scattering while stirring.
- Next add your washed dry fish and stock fish to the pot and bring to boil for about 10mins more.
- Place a pot on fire, add your oil, hit up a little bit, add your diced onion and then your blended pepper and tomato mix. Fry for about 10 to 15mins. Then, pour your precooked meat,dry fish and stock together with the stock. Stir together and cover to simmer for about 5mins more.
- Next add your grounded crayfish, stir together and immediately add your sliced and washed veggies. Stir together and your soup is ready. Enjoy with any swallow of your choice 😋😋😋
- NB: if you want your veggies to look fresh, do not over cook them. For me, immediately I add my veggies to the soup, I stir and immediately bring down the soup. That way my soup looks very fresh even when I store them in the freezer and rewarm
