- Take 2 big potatoes
- Take 3 tsp Coriander leaves
- Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil

- Take as needed Grated cheese
- Make ready 2 tsp oregano and herbs (optional)

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly. And put multiple slits on the potatoes but don’t break it apart
- In a bowl take 1 tbsp oil. Add turmeric oregano red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and mix it thoroughly
- Then apply this mixture on the potatoes with a brush. Make sure you apply this mixture in all the slits
- Stuff some grated cheese in the slits and top it with finely chopped coriander
- Preheat the oven for 10 mins on 180 degrees celcius. Grease the baking tray with oil and bake the potatoes for around 40 minutes on 180 degrees celcius
- And the potatoes are ready to be served.. you can serve them with cheese dip or some chutney or just eat like that only.
