  1. First wash and cut cauliflower, potatoes and make paste of poppy seeds, cashew nuts and ginger.
  2. Take a big bowl and marinate the vegetable with curd,red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, poppy seeds and cashew nuts paste, chopped tomato and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 min, heat a kadai then add oil, after 1 min add cardamom,cloves,and cinnamon
  4. Now add marinated cauliflower in kadai,then add ghee, sugar and coriander leaves and cook in a medium flame approx 5 min
  5. Now if cauliflower is fried then add 2 cups of water and cover and lid and cook for 20 minutes in a simmer gas.
  6. Now check cauliflower is cooker or not,if cooked then serve with rice or roti or paratha..
