Add pan to preheated oven and cook until temps to 145°F.mine took about 35 minutes. Remove from oven cover with foil for 5 minutes before cutting tenderloin.
  5. While tenderloin and potatoes are cooking, add all dipping sauce ingredients to bowl and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
