- Prepare 4 Egg
- Make ready 300 grams Chicken minced meat

- Boil egg for 10 mins, and put it in ice-cold water for 10 mins and remove the shell.
- Pat it with a kitchen towel and keep.
- In a pan, pour oil. Fry onion until soft. Then add chopped ginger-garlic, salt, coriander, pepper turmeric, all spice powder and minced meat and cook for 10 to 12 mins.
- Let it cool, Now divide the meat into 4 balls, flatten with hand, keep the egg, cover with meat slowly make it as a smooth rolls. Do it same with all the eggs
- Now dip the rolls in the beaten egg, and roll it in flour, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Pour the oil in a deep pan and fry the scotch eggs one by one in medium flame.
- Serve with garlic paste and mayonnaise or sweet and sour ketchup
