  7. Take 1 tomatoes,chopped
  8. Prepare 2-4 green chillies, chopped
  9. Prepare 2 tsp soya sauce

  13. Take 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Steps to make Fried Masala Idli:

  1. For idli :- Take a bowl add rava, dahi, eno, mustard seeds, salt and green chilli. Mix well. Transfer this batter in idli maker. Place idli maker in the oven for 5mins.
  2. Cut the idlis in small pieces.
  3. Take a kadhai. Add ghee and Add mustard seeds.. Now add chopped tomato,onion, capsicum and green chilli. Cook for 5-7 mins on low flame. Now add all the spices and soya sauce and tomato mix well cook for 2mins
  4. Now add idli pieces and mix. Serve hot.
